If you see a short-red haired woman named Olga,REPORT HER IMMEDIATELY.Also without saying names the boy working closing shift is very rude.I’ve been waiting for my W2 form for this year since January…DUNKIN IS CORRUPTED

The customer in front of me was very kind to the cashier, saying good morning to the cashier, and things like, "Have a nice day." Terla, the cashier, decided to blatantly ignore that. Lady in front of me gets done but is still struggling with her purse so I stand back and allow her time (no one else in line behind me), and Terla decides to snap at me to order from where I was standing around the corner from her register.I waited until I was in front of her regardless because no one was in that much of a hurry.I asked her if they'll have any more chocolate frosted doughnuts, and she said we're out. We did this exchange twice before I had to explain to her, "Yes, I understand you're out right now, but it is 9:30 AM." Are you going to make more soon? "No."So I order something else, and she finishes the exchange by only ever saying my total and then shoving the box of doughnuts into my hands without another word.I've worked retail many, many years, and I understand it sucks, but it is also what you make of it. I don't write many reviews, but I felt I had to. Terla, you really need to work on your customer service skills if you're going to be front of the shop.TL;DR - Doughnuts (that I was able to get) were great, I would rate service less than one star if I could.

I came in for a smoothie not knowing the Dunkin’ Donuts that’s connected to Baskin Robins are the only one who carried them. The cashier Dorenda had no idea what I was referring to so I googled it and showed him. I then ordered avocado toast NO BACON!! They put bacon on it. I made it clear I don’t eat bacon. The lady rolled her eyes (African American lady) sad it be your own kind. Then I had to wait on my munchkins! They paced all my items on the counter with no bag I asked for a bag. (The African American girl told him no!) Wow!! No bag for avocado toast and munchkins.. after i challenged them she then decided to tell the cashier it was okay to give me a plastic bag,. I’ll never spend a dollar again here! Their custom service is terrible and they have some one on the front line who don’t understand the customers orders..

(have gotten coffee here almost every day for ~2 years)on weekdays the service can be a little bit hit or miss, maybe theres a few minutes of waiting about 10% of the time, but they are friendly and its a good atmosphere even if this is the case.on weekends theres a guy who works there who keeps the shop open as a one-man army and is very friendly and makes the coffee right and my drink is ALWAYS ready when hes the one behind the counter.this guy is the john galt of this dunkin location, he produces incredible results for customers. Rand was right! There are those of excellent capability among us, who do great work because they can and because they want to. Extraordinary results yet ordinary compensation— the Randian curse of our times. I also see myself as such a John Galt type figure!

It's a basic Dunkin. I'm a graveyard shift worker so I'm not around in the afternoon. But the morning staff is always nice and respectful. I can say a con is the daily beggars that camp outside as soon as they open. It would be nice not to be hounded as that does affect when I decide to go in or not.
