I ordered the valentines toxic expresso drink and was given a whole different drink and when i told her that, she she kept saying it’s the same thing and i mentioned how there’s supposed to be chocolate cold foam on it aswell and how the drink is a whole different flavor and color but she ignored me.

EMPLOYEES SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF CUSTOMER today 01.22.2026 at approximately 6:20pm I was at the Dunkin’ #336172 at 7578 n western ave Chicago IL 60645 and a young heavyset Hispanic male employee who refused to give his name when I asked repeatedly(3 times) called me “cute” and made “ kissing motions” with his lips repeatedly (3 times) and when I asked him for his name he told me to “ leave his store” then I asked for him to get his manager he said “ I ain’t gonna do that” then he threatened me saying “ima call my guys to come handle you”.
If the owners and management consider this is acceptable behavior of their employees towards customers then I will not be returning to Dunkin again.

It was 5:41 and i order in the app and I walked in the first door was open but the second door was closed waiting for my order and they haven't told me anything about the hours or the time I could come it they were people having headphones and music loud and just not paying attention to the door and other people.

I’m only giving it 5 stars for the generous and sweet young lady who is working at the register today 1/4/26. The people in the back cooking need to learn how to talk to people. The way they was talking to that sweet baby girl was so disrespectful. But other than that my experience was amazing 🤩

One time I came in she told me there no hot chocolate then turn to a male coworker & then he ask what size. When we were in the driveway we asked for extra syrup for the peach sunshine in our drink and paid extra for it too. A guy who was rude about it and was yelling at other worker to tell us “tell them to mix it” like dude i paid extra for something for a reason.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. There is a your Hispanic girl working here and every time I go in to purchase some she is short tempered and raises her voice at me & other customers. An elderly man needed to use the restroom when I was there and she kept making him wait , she even yelled at me when I asked her to buzz him in....he had an emergency!!!😡 She is a very rude and disrespectful person, and after her behavior she smiles and laughs & and thinks it's funny... I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location ever again!!!;

Groups of men who drink, litter, and smoke pot hang out outside here nearly every single day. Despite calling non emergency they continue to hang around, littering. Sometimes it reeks of beer there, sometimes like weed and pee. I have no idea why the employees don’t do anything about this considering it’s private property. It REALLY deters me and my buddies to ever go there or pass by there. Please do something about this.

They move way too fast. Every time I order from here rather it’s online or at the store it never comes out right. There’s always 4-7 people by the window but for some reason the food comes out all wrong. Do not recommend this Dunkin.
