This is the worst DD I ever been to! The staffing has changed drastically over the years and the customer service has gone downhill. The breakfast sandwich I ordered croissant was burned and the hash browns mushy and undercooked! The fact they see the food and still serve it to paying customers is mindless nonsense. I won’t ever go back to this DD close to home but I’ll drive to Skokie for better service and quality food.

Girl in drive thru lack customer service skills. Appeared angry and didn't want to be bothered. The wraps and sandwhich were awful! Never coming g here again. Came to location because it is close to my mom's.

Both times I have been here, the younger of the 2 young men working here is extremely unprofessional, got the order wrong, he took my cash and made the food without washing his hands. The younger one is super rude and unprofessional - never again

You know what I hate, spending money at an establishment and they give you old stale food that has been lying around all morning. The hashbrowns I received should have been thrown in the trash. If you order those here be sure to check your order before leaving. Great customer service but poor food quality.

Worst place ever! I jus wanted a coffee and this is how they behaved.
They closed the doors at 9:40 pm and didn’t even listen to me . He was so rude . I’ll never visit this place again. Just update your timings to 9:40pm then why are u lying saying it’s open till 10pm.
Owners please make sure ur hiring good staff & not someone who is a liability to your business.

Staff will make you wait a very long time to take your order if you walk inside. They aren’t aware of dunking promotions and deals. Worst of all most of the workers can barely speak English.

Note to self: Don't go back to this Dunkin'. Even if it's been months and you think, "Oh, they have an offer for $2 any size any drink. I'll give them another try..." DON'T DO IT!

I had been going here for years, but last December the product quality, the customer service, and the deals have been going downhill. It's just not worth it anymore. Today was the last straw.

I ordered an Iced Latte on the app, but when I arrived I learned that their machine was broken. They offered to make me something else, but I think we all know that when there's something you want, a substitute just won't do. A refund is the only answer. So I asked for one.

"Can't do it," they said. I believe this, because the App is controlled by corporate, and they are a franchise. Fine.

Then I asked for a gift card so that I can come back later when the machine is fixed.

"Can't do it," they said. This I don't believe. They can easily scan a gift card at their register and load it up with any amount they want. So I asked point blank, "You can't or you won't?" No answer, except to repeat again that the only option is to make me something else.

Not good enough, especially when everyone knows that a gift card is a viable option. Things never got heated, but I could feel myself getting frustrated at the obvious lie.

So that's why I'm never going to this particular Dunkin' again. Note to self.

This place has become trash. The workers all have attitudes and don’t put in orders correctly. Aside from them blindly robbing you and then arguing with you about it the coffee tastes like straight dirty water. I stopped coming here and started going somewhere else , much rather make the drive elsewhere.
