I'm a big dunkin coffee fan, and normally I don't leave reviews, but this location always keeps me waiting. Every time I order here i have to wait because they always forget my food. I place a mobile order and somehow while waiting, other people who came in after get their food first. Over missed busses waiting 20+minutes on 1 sandwich. If you're going to order a mobile pickup, go through the drive thru because otherwise you're waiting a long while.

Staff were very very nice and kind, order came out SUPER quick. It was clean, well maintained, I often came thru the drive thru but this time I sat inside. They even had a tv on. Lots of options for merch too. I felt attended to and cared for. The croissant sandwich was TOASTED TO PERFECTION. It was excellent and just the way I like it. Love this location a lot.

This is the worst DD I ever been to! The staffing has changed drastically over the years and the customer service has gone downhill. The breakfast sandwich I ordered croissant was burned and the hash browns mushy and undercooked! The fact they see the food and still serve it to paying customers is mindless nonsense. I won’t ever go back to this DD close to home but I’ll drive to Skokie for better service and quality food.

Both times I have been here, the younger of the 2 young men working here is extremely unprofessional, got the order wrong, he took my cash and made the food without washing his hands. The younger one is super rude and unprofessional - never again

You know what I hate, spending money at an establishment and they give you old stale food that has been lying around all morning. The hashbrowns I received should have been thrown in the trash. If you order those here be sure to check your order before leaving. Great customer service but poor food quality.
Worst place ever! I jus wanted a coffee and this is how they behaved. They closed the doors at 9:40 pm and didn’t even listen to me . He was so rude . I’ll never visit this place again. Just update your timings to 9:40pm then why are u lying saying it’s open till 10pm. Owners please make sure ur hiring good staff & not someone who is a liability to your business.
