I am ordering the same type of coffee always and everywhere, but in Dunkin at every location they are giving me different products. I really am getting out of ideas for describing espresso with cold milk. I stopped 3 times at this location, always people who have no or have very limited knowledge of the English language. Wrong orders all the time, ppl being charged in front of me the wrong amount, waiting in line of 4 ppl wasting 15 minutes of our precious time in the morning because of a language barrier. Not once I have heard an apology from the employees. This location should be closed or have the staff changed asap.

I was busy and it was delicious.

For a "fast food" restaurant. They are incredibly slow. I had to wait 15 mins for a cup of coffee. Never going back.

Love the coffee, croissants, donuts everything, except the prices are very high for some items.I would rather not have to pay $4.46 for a Med frozen coffee, yes it's 2 much no matter how good it is its still wat 2 much $3.45 would be normal for a Med frozen coffee not almost $5 bucks way 2 much.

Changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. I used to come to this store everyday. Haven't been there in about 10 months. Came in for the 2 for $3 wake up wraps. The young lady tried to charge me almost $4. When i told her i wanted the special price she proceeded to give me the senior discount which made it $3.74. When i pointed out the sign in the window she stated that price eas for the egg and cheese only. I said forget it and left. Was supposed to be $3.35 for 2 SAUSAGE, egg and cheese wake up wraps.

I have not gone to one of these for years. They had a picture of their "Egg Bowl." I have heard raves about their coffee. I decided to try the egg bowl, it looked good. I left the house early and tried. I understand that probably more than half of Chicago is bilingual. Many are not English as a first language. That does not bother me. When I asked for the sausage egg bowl she said they did not have. I asked for the other bowl and again they did not have. I asked about the picture in the window and she smiled and nodded. She did not understand the question so could not answer. I don't know if they will ever have again because she could not tell me. I gave a 2 because the coffee was pretty good. All of their sandwiches came with cheese. I asked if it was American cheese. She said yes. I don't eat American cheese because it is only 51% cheese and the rest oil or some other thing. The place was dirty and they only have 6 chairs. I like to read while I eat but being small and near the Red Line they get mostly to go folks. I tried my third choice without cheese. There are no condiments, even salt out. It needed salt. I am not going to be a regular here. The lady was friendly enough but their not having my first 2 choices does not bode well.
