This used to be my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. It still is number two or three on my list but lately when I have purchased Donuts even if it's earlier in the day I am getting items that are extremely stale. Additionally several times I have ordered the croissant or one of their breakfast sandwiches and either they don't know what they're doing or someone is in a hurry because the inside of the food is cold I've had to throw it out. I would hate to have to take this location off my list but Collectivo is just up the street n nothing is ever stale.

I usually stop by for an iced latte and service is usually standard. However today they made my blood boil. I ordered a small vanilla latte, medium iced caramel latte, 4 munchkins, and a donut.
They gave me the drinks and a bag with 4 munchkins. I figured they will put the donut in a separate bag. Well nope, SABRINA decided to accuse me of eating it since she forgot to charge me for it. (I had eaten 2 munchkins) I had to spit out my 2nd munchkin to show her I did not eat a whole donut in the 5 seconds since she had given the bag to me. How awful to be accused of basically stealing. Way to make people feel so small. Shame on you Sabrina.

0/5 whoever they hired or what hour of the day you come here no one knows that they’re doing. Why have Baskin Robbin drinks on the menu if you’re not going to serve any of them. I have to check my foods twice before I leave the drive through because the last multiple times it either was burnt or the wrong items. Today around 7:20pm I gone through the drive through and was given the wrong bread on the sandwich and I let them know and the cashier argue that it was the sourdough on the breakfast sandwich but even on the recipe card it said croissant bread. She still double check with her coworker and they both just stared at me. I’m not trying to be rude but clearly this is a failure in training. Don’t come here unless you’re starving or this is the only food available. They truly live up to the fact that they made their food and drink based on “vibe”

I ordered a Cookie Butter Cold Brew, and the employee made the drink incorrectly. Instead of remaking it, she told me I ordered it wrong. I did not request milk or cream.
When I asked for a refund, she refused and told me I had to contact corporate. I never received the drink I ordered, nor a refund.

I live down the street from this location. I come through here usually when I’m on my way to work and I need something quick. I went through yesterday, Monday, December 1. I noticed when I paid and was given my card back the window shut and I noticed the young lady Pointing back at the window saying something to her coworkers. It took a good 3 to 5 minutes for my sandwich to be finished. And when I received the sandwich, it was smashed. It was burnt, black and hard as a rock. Needless to say I was starving, but I didn’t finish it because it was disgusting. I have come here so many times and I am never ever ever had an issue with the food. However, the young lady at the window usually has attitude and I have not said more than thank you to this young lady. It sucks because now I feel I have to go out of my way to go to another location to get my Duncans when I feel the need to because this was the worst quality of service and quality of food I’ve ever received any fast food anywhere ever. It’s a crazy world, when you find a 24HR, clean, quick and convenient Dunkin Drive Thru just 1.3 miles from the beach - that’s an amazing thing.
One of my favorite Dunkin locations to visit when I’m in the Ravenswood area. I been going here for a while and at different times. I always receive excellent customer service from each employee and they are always pleasant. I have order a variety of drinks from this location as well and the drinks are always done correctly how I ask. Recommend anyone who is in the area to come here it will be a pleasant experience

The service is alright but since when did they start going light on their frosting? Also I ordered a powdered donut and receive a star donut. They should let us know beforehand. False advertisement.

why not try to do better. it's only by mere convenience that this location is busy. your staff seems overworked and under trained- causes a lot of messed up orders -having the customer have to check to see if they made the order right every time. Also the bagels are day old ones.
