One of my favorite Dunkin locations to visit when I’m in the Ravenswood area. I been going here for a while and at different times. I always receive excellent customer service from each employee and they are always pleasant. I have order a variety of drinks from this location as well and the drinks are always done correctly how I ask. Recommend anyone who is in the area to come here it will be a pleasant experience

The service is alright but since when did they start going light on their frosting? Also I ordered a powdered donut and receive a star donut. They should let us know beforehand. False advertisement.

why not try to do better. it's only by mere convenience that this location is busy. your staff seems overworked and under trained- causes a lot of messed up orders -having the customer have to check to see if they made the order right every time. Also the bagels are day old ones.

The drive through was so quick! There were easily 5 cars ahead of us and we got our order taken and were given food within 5 minutes. The gentleman at the window was very kind as well.

I spent $9 on a hash brown (5), a bacon egg cheese bagel with a paper thin piece of bacon, at least the coffee is still good.😑

It says 24 hours but left me and my friends at 11degrees outside even when her kept saying our uber left us here. January 25 @ 4:10 even earlier. We woulda bought some bu t she didn’t let us in. Freezing for so long. Not ok, at least to come to the door and ask. I get it security but also you know how cold it is so ??? Sickening tbh. Good luck.

The staff at this location SUCKS these workers are Rude beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a coffee house. The dark haired ponytail wearing woman is the worse! She’s more interested In talking on her phone hidden by using her AirPods. I will be contacting corporate with more details! Because she clearly didn’t give a damn about her error!

Their is this short skinny zit faced girl that wears a veil who is sooooo rude!!! Every time I come in, she says something to her friends via the headset and they all laugh at me! Horrible environment! Today she yelled at me extremely rude! I will be calling Corporate! This is unacceptable as I don’t beg or steal! I give my money and expect decent service!!!!!!
