This used to be my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. It still is number two or three on my list but lately when I have purchased Donuts even if it's earlier in the day I am getting items that are extremely stale. Additionally several times I have ordered the croissant or one of their breakfast sandwiches and either they don't know what they're doing or someone is in a hurry because the inside of the food is cold I've had to throw it out. I would hate to have to...

One of my favorite Dunkin locations to visit when I’m in the Ravenswood area. I been going here for a while and at different times. I always receive excellent customer service from each employee and they are always pleasant. I have order a variety of drinks from this location as well and the drinks are always done correctly how I ask. Recommend anyone who is in the area to come here it will be a pleasant experience

The drive through was so quick! There were easily 5 cars ahead of us and we got our order taken and were given food within 5 minutes. The gentleman at the window was very kind as well.
