The atmosphere is nice and pleasant. Unlike other places I have been in.
The Dunkin staff in the morning are always pleasant and friendly, however, recently I have been going to baskin for a evening ice cream with my boyfriend and on two separate occasions the young woman behind the counter has given us the worst attitude. The first time she ignored us for 5 minutes despite my boyfriend and I being the only customers in the store.
