I just ordered delivery from them (I'm a very regular customer), and for the THIRD time in a row, my entire coffee was spilled inside the bag, lid totally off. I'll be ordering from the Irving Park location from now on. Unacceptable.

This place is the worse place to drink coffee I order one extra large coffee with regular cream and sugar but the Hispanic people working there They put extra sugar like to much. My coffee was way to sweet and when I ask the lady to put at least more water she wants me to pay her 2.50 cents just to add more water so disappointed ??????

I go this store almost everyday and most of the staff is nice and even know my order and prepare it before I get to the counter but there is one worker that is extremely rude and never smiles and she is the only one who gets my order incorrect! I can be speaking to her directly and may even show her a picture of order and she will still get it wrong. I wish I would get her name, considering that she is working with clients she is definitely in the wrong industry.
