Parking: It's in a strip mall with a lot of parking depending on when in the day you go-- later in the day there is less parking.

I go this store almost everyday and most of the staff is nice and even know my order and prepare it before I get to the counter but there is one worker that is extremely rude and never smiles and she is the only one who gets my order incorrect! I can be speaking to her directly and may even show her a picture of order and she will still get it wrong. I wish I would get her name, considering that she is working with clients she is definitely in the wrong industry.

I don’t understand why the negative comments. This location is 1 of 2 locations in the north side of Chicago that has the freshest ice coffee anytime of day. I dropped by after work to get an ice coffee with espresso around 8:30pm. Upon entering I stopped by the ice cream section to look at what flavors were available, when I was immediately greeted by Joanna. She let me sample 2 flavors with a welcoming attitude.
