I'm a big fan of American dunkins, I should point out.

I find their price quality very good.

I had the opportunity to try their incredible pumpkin cheesecake patfum!
Too bad it's only seasonal.

On the other hand, I find that each time in the dunkin's the atmosphere is cold with barely any attention from the waiters, a little cold.

But this one is well located in a nice quiet area...
Chicago- Roscoe neighborhood. I was looking for the place we'd been to, 40+ years ago. This place wasn't it. The donuts were great. The place wasn't as clean as it could be. May have been between rush periods. This place is the newer style, without the counter and stools.

Parking: It's a corner shop, with off- street parking, near an intersection with traffic lights. We were there about 3 pm? So it was busy. We managed to get around.
Fransisco the most friendly and welcoming customer service representative I've dealt with in a very long time. He needs to be recognized for this ability.

Wheelchair accessibility: Note on front door about wheelchair accessible entrance location would be beneficial for first time visitors
