would give zero stars if i could came here through drive through they failed to return my credit card by the time i realized i called and they confirmed they had it. when i went to pick it up they informed me they had given it to someone else the manager said staff is trained to check idea so she's not sure what happened my card was either stolen by the staff or it was obvious negligence will not returning very very disappointing. could've been an awful financial situation had i not been able to freeze my card unacceptable.

I kind of have trauma from other Dunkin’s in the city as they always make my drink so bitter or incorrectly but this one has always made my drinks correctly. The dunkalatte I got was sooooo delicious, will def come back when in the area. Only thing is when I got to the window no greeting and when I got my coffees and was going to leave I said thank you and he just ignored me, but hey, I don’t mind if the coffee is good!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for over six years, and I can honestly say the service has gotten worse over time. Today was the final straw — literally. I ordered an iced coffee with one cream, but what I got was basically milk. Specifically when I’m allergic to dairy On top of that, they didn’t even give me a straw for my drink. It’s like they don’t even listen or care about the order. The staff consistently seems rushed, inattentive, and uninterested in providing good service. After so many disappointing visits, I’ve had enough. I won’t be coming back. This location really needs a serious reset in both quality and customer care.

Service was abysmal, cashier said she couldn’t scan my Dunkin app to pay?! And then when I asked her to scan just for points, she said that wasn’t allowed. I intended to order 12 donuts and when my little sister asked if she could pick out the donuts, the employee just rolled her eyes. I would recommend going to the Dunkin down the block on Kimball and Belmont, way better service and more donut options!

Man, is it just me, or is that ‘Peter’ guy working behind the counter always on top of it? He’s like a machine when it comes to work ethic while also understanding his customers and making sure they are welcomed. I’ll be back soon, and let’s just say, I hope he serves me the next time!

Placed an hour through the app from down the street at around 9:40pm. App and google stated they closed at 10. Store was closed, but they answered the phone. They said I had to come back in the morning to get a refund despite living almost two hours away. Staff laughed at me when I suggested fixing their hours on the app and website because apparently they close at 9pm despite the app allowing you to place an order until 10pm.
I called back this morning and was hung up on after being told the same thing and again suggesting they try to get the app issue fixed.

I buy at DD al the time. The coffee was este. This was the first time this ever happened to me. I went back and the girl was so sweet and made it again, twice. She even offered to be it again. Don't know why but the coffee was not good.
