I tried to go to this location today with my husband when arriving we seen that it was already closed at 8:50 pm. Online it says they are open until 10 pm. This has happen on a separate visit to this establishment. Please update your hours online if you are going to close early. Thank you

Visit this location on Nov 26,2023 with my family everything was good until my little girl notice her MTN DEW was expired since Oct 23, 2023 a month ago luckily she only took a little sip, we stand up and grabbed another drink but let me tell you other drinks on the cooler where expired since August 2023 ? , waited almost 5 min for a crew to come up to the counter and let them know I grabbed another drink and those drinks where expired ..but I guess they didn’t care and didn’t check their cooler after getting told …

Was happy to walk into dunkin with my family. Bad customer service 10/2 a little after 8:45pm. Customers frowned as we walked in and were very rude rushing through the order. Didn't felt welcoming. Sadly I couldn't get the employee name due to no name tag. Also whispering to each other in the Mic and all employees just looking and giving mean looks so unprofessional. Only giving it a one star because it's not allowing me to put 0 stars, terrible service from the night crew

We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's graduation. Gave them a week's notice and paid in full with the 21.99 price point that the cashier gave us. The day we were supposed to pick the cake up, they called us to tell us the cashier under charged us, and we owe 10 more dollars after we already paid. Gave us attitude and made it seem like it was our fault somehow. How is it our fault your cashiers don't know anything? Also, you had a week to see that there was a mistake and wanted to correct it the day of?! On top of it all the cake tasted bad too. Definitely don't go to this location for a cake.

The day we were supposed to pick up, we got a call from them stating we owe 10 more dollars because their cashier messed up and under charged us. They were very rude about it and refused to give us the item we already paid for unless we gave them 10 more dollars. We paid but only because it was the day we needed the cake, and to top it all off, the ice cream cake tasted like crap.

The workers at this location consistently play (loud) the most crass, obscene, awful, (every other word is the N word or the F word) incredibly disrespectful to women "rap" or hip hop, crap. It's unbelievable to me that a family establishment that serves donuts and ice cream, with children, elderly, etc who patronize this business, would play this over their Bluetooth speaker they have set up. Two stars because the food & coffee are good.

Terrible coffee. You may as well serve hot water. Follow the franchise protocol and use the correct amount of grounds. It's no wonder why I trust Starbuck's any day over you. You are far too inconsistent with your product.

I’m a salesman that’s always on the road and I visit Dunkin locations all over Chicago and this location by far is the cleanest location I have been too and whatever staff is on shift right. Gave the best service I have ever gotten at a Dunkin’. They were professional and gave fast service. I literally had to stop and make this review. Keep up the great work! the community sees you.
