this dunkin is in the middle of my route where i transfer from my train to the bus and they always have great service and attitudes. this morning my bus was already there when i picking up my mobile order and these ladies rushed with me to hand me my items (i ended up being able to catch my bus). for a small dunkin location, the food is always great. been coming here consistently for over a year now.

One of the best dunkins hands down. The ladies working here are all so nice and make an amazing drink in literally 5 seconds. I never have a bad coffee and its always fast. I order online as soon as the train drops me off and by the time I get downstairs, my drink is ready.

I see a lot of bad reviews. I have re routed my morning commute to get coffee here. The manager had my order memorized in 2 weeks and it's right everytime despite its... annoyance. Food is always fine but the stores essentially a checkpoint at a train station so it appears a little junky. It's been fine every order of nine and I'm neurotically ch3cking lolAll I can think is new employees. Google should do something about these reviews sometimes. People come and go so if you rate it a 1 star bc the 16 yo cashier rolled their eyes at you 8 years ago you can probably go back bc hes a nurse now and probably a little nicer too.

Burnt my bagel bites! and closed early before I could go back to ask for it to be remade. I want a refund
The lady working this morning was very sluggish and did not seem to look like she wanted to be there today. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich with a large order of hash browns and large ice coffee.First of all, the sandwich was very dry and old. The croissant was so dry and flaky that it just crumbled up. The bacon and egg tasted stale. And to top it, she gave me a small instead of a large. The ice coffee was watery and had no flavor.I asked for a receipt and she basically told me that she couldn’t give one out. A total waste of time and money spent. I will not come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again.
Tl;dr - Waste of time and money. Just walk to Starbucks and save your frustration with poorly trained employees.I would give this place no stars if I could. This happens at so many Dunkins and frankly makes me tired of going to them.They *constantly* get my order wrong. Every time. They don't train their employees I'm convinced. This girls here are really sweet but in the morning when I too have things to do, why should I have to explain a menu item, literally above their head ?I genuinely think these managers need to train or be trained better. Almoat ever location I go to people don't seem to understand what they are selling. I could be completely misinterpreting the manager at this locations demeanor but it feels lile they get upset even if you offer to pay for a mistake. What's worse is I've bought the same order everytime.
a convenient way to get your beverages for this neighborhood and the college students going to DePaul. You get what you pay for. there is always a line.
Really quick service. Nice and clean.
Do not get any donuts or anything that is outside and not sealed I had a dead mosquito on my donut not to mention the lady who served me was rude and put both my donuts facing down. I got to work and both melted facing down so it was all a mess when I took it out and then there was the mosquito

Do you guys remember when this Dunkin’ was amazing? I tried to spend my $ here today but was told I had to go outside to order after I already paid to get into the station and that ‘this register doesn’t work’ Make it make sense.
Easy pick up after ordering from the app. Got my order right, couldn't ask for more.
Waited for window service which didn't happen the employee sat on her phone and was looking directly at me I waited for her acknowledgement but she said nothing not one sign of customer service
I place my order online 10 minutes before getting there and they always are behind and make it once I get there. Additionally, they always somehow manage to run out of coffee. Only go here because it is near DePaul University. Wish there was another location nearby because this is ridiculous.
The services are not that fast compared to other locations. You sometimes have to wait for 5 minutes in the morning, which is not very helpful when you have to go to work in a rush.
