Convenient location, clean, and friendly staff. The hot coffee is actually very warm - the right temp. The only thing I would try to fix would be the wait when busy, especially in the morning. All things considered, it’s my favorite and go to DD

You should put at least 6 -7 minutes aside if you have a simple order like a medium hot coffee. It took about 7 minutes for the cashier to understand that I wanted a medium hot coffee w caramel. When I asked him to leave room for cream that took another 5-6 minutes. He had no idea what I meant. If you have 15 minutes to order and wait for a dunkin coffee then this is the place for you. If you are expecting to wait a normal amount of time for a coffee then go elsewhere.
