The lane we played on was messed up the entire time we bowled. The lane constantly had to be reset, as well as never sending our balls back. The food was mediocre, with undercooked burgers. The staff was never anywhere to be found. The shoes were all in very poor condition. It is a shame because the facility is very nice.
We purchased wings in cash. The wings were delivered to a different table, who ate them. We went to inquire about the wings and were told by accident the wings were delivered to a different table, the kitchen was closed and refused to remake the order, the cash drawer was closed so cash could not be refunded. When asked to speak to a manager, one manager said there was no cash transaction for the wings, second manager said the wings were not paid for so she was not reimbursing...read full review
made reservation for 9pm didn't get to bowl until 10pm 2 hour session the lane we was in 5,6 didn't work properly after every couple bowls it malfunction to them 5 min to come over and fix it such cut into our time all in all for the amount of money we paid not coming here to hotel again but whirly ball a different story

WhirlyBall is a great place to have a good time. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making sure that food and drinks are taken care of. The restaurant also hosts parties, including birthday celebrations with whirlyball, lazertag, and pizza/cupcakes. The food and drinks are good, but pricing can be a bit high. WhirlyBall is a mix of bumper cars, jai alai, and basketball, guaranteeing smiles on faces. The atmosphere is clean and nice, with leather furniture and sails outside. Some guests have noted that the furniture looks a little worn. Overall, WhirlyBall is a great spot to visit, with helpful staff like Reni and Lester, who provide great service and make the experience even better. Guests look forward to coming back and making WhirlyBall one of their regular spots to visit.
