Food and coffee were fine. Ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant and it was like any other Dunkin, same thing for the coffee. Service was fine too.What sucks is they don’t take the app, just like the rest of the Dunkin’s at airports. Dunkin needs to change that and start taking their app for payments and points.Prices are a bit higher than non airport locations which is also expected

Ordered and service was quick. Bagel was seriously ROCK HARD. Had to throw it away. Coffee was half filled. I would trade quick for fresh in a minute. So sad. I visit dunkin at so many other places and I have never tasted such stale food.

asked very politely for some extra oat milk because my drink was not made with enough and was watered down. they gave me not even close to a shot extra and then after i poured it they proceeded to call me back over to tell me i needed to get back in the long line and pay for it as if i didn't already pay for the oatmilk sub beforehand. needless to say i just walked away, shouldn't expect a customer to pay extra just because you can't make something right the first time. also, what kind of chain restaurant underpaid employee actually cares if they're using 0.007 cents of a company's money on some extra oat milk? that was suppose to be in my drink in the first place? sounds like pettiness to me

I gave ONE STAR because the coffee was TERRIBLE! I am a Dunkin sommelier, and this coffee taste like straight water with a dash of coffee taste. It was a form of godliness, but denying the power to the true coffee drinkers! I tipped the associate because she was a true delight.

Horrible customer service. They gave me someone else’s coffee. They gave me a latte with dairy in it. I’m allergic to dairy. I ordered a large hot Americano black with caramel swirl in it. A waste of my money and time. Midway airport sucks.
