My wife and I were on a day trip to the north Chicago area. 30 years ago I worked in this area and often went to Eastern Pizza for lunch and it was always great, especially the grinders. I suggested it to my wife and was pleasantly surprised to find it still in business and under the same owners. I had the Philly Cheese Steak grinder, she had the spinach feta Stromboli, absolutely delicious and amazing. As good if not better than I remembered. Now I need to make excuses to travel from Wisconsin and go to Eastern Pizza for more meals. My cardiologist won’t approve, but the food is phenomenal. Thank you Eastern Pizza!

STROMBOLI ARE AMAZING! I don’t know why more people have not commented on them. The Italian sausage is so savory and flavorful. My husband and I ordered two small stromboli and they will feed us for at least 2 times each. Not your Stromboli from Sbarro! 😝
The website isn’t perfect and the customer service is not fantastic (the times the quoted us for pick up were about 20 minutes too slow), but if you consider this and just patiently wait you will love it.
