El Terco Leon offers amazing tacos, especially the suadero con nopales, full of flavor and generous meat quantities. The orchata water is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to address concerns. Hand-made tortillas and bomb red salsa complement the delicious and reasonably priced food. The place is known for its very clean environment and good service. The red sauce is fire, and a fresh Jamaica water helps cool down the spicy flavors. Many dishes, like sopes, burritos, and tripa with red sauce, are considered the absolute best by repeat visitors. The food is very authentic, bringing back memories of childhood. The birria, quesadillas with tortillas a mano, and the salsa packed with unique flavor are highlights. The family working there is kind and efficient, making every visit enjoyable.
