When I came in, someone I'm assuming was the owner was standing at the front desk while on a phone call and just ignored me until a waitress came and took my order of french toast. 15$ for what took half an hour to come. It just put a really bad taste in my mouth how the owner entirely ignored me despite being at the front.

Very welcoming. One of the best wraps I had. I created my own version from theres. I enjoyed the balsamic dressing on it. Appreciated the different kind of wraps they offered. And they were very quick. I was on a tight schedule too. Will return if I have more business in the area

Great café just around the corner from The Wade hotel. Large portions creates a good value for what you get. Husband got a skillet and food nothing but praise the food. I did the combo with the crepes-- everything was hot and delicious. Rounded the whole thing off with some freshly squeezed oj and we could not have asked for a better start to a cold Chicago morning.

Absolutely fabulous, well-spiced food. Lots of space to sit, tables are well spaced.
great service and and a very relaxed home-ly vibe. This spot does not have that 'uppity' vibe of some other breakfast places nearby, and I LOVE that !
Suggestion: a few more coffee varieties would be nice. Especially around the holidays 😊
Improve marketing in the streeterville area. I've lived in the area for 2 years and I didn't even know this place existed!!
It's really hard to spot from the outside.

We discovered this place last year when visiting for Thanksgiving. We had breakfast there again this morning as we are visiting from Canada and the food was amazing. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back before we head home in a few days.

It's a generic cafe with generic cafe food. The service was friendly but, you guessed it, generic.

Seriously the hidden gem amongst the hectic craziness that is downtown. It's casual, comfy, and the food 2nd to none. You get a lot of food for a fairly low cost! The wait staff are friendly and respectful. No reason to eat at the overpriced hotel lobby restaurants where you pay $15 for a cup of yogurt! This truly is a fantastic place to get out of the hustle and bustle, relax and enjoy a great meal. Will be back every trip downtown.

Eggs, Inc. Café is a great breakfast and brunch spot near the lakefront. The menu has a wide range of options—from classic egg dishes to pancakes, omelets, and fresh pastries—so there’s something for everyone. Portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and well-prepared. The service is friendly and efficient, even during the morning rush. The space is bright and comfortable, making it a perfect place to start the day with a relaxed meal. A reliable go-to for a tasty breakfast in Streeterville.

The food was great! Highly recommend the skillet. They have perfected the hash browns. Usually other places make them too greasy but these were not greasy at all and so delicious.

Food was good enough. Service was acceptable. There was a foul odor in the air, but what really sucks is their espresso machine was down. When you selectively go to a breakfast spot and 50% of the experience hinges on sufficient caffeine for the morning, it’s kind of disappointing. I’d put a big sign at the door so people like me can plan accordingly.

Server Louis E doesn’t know how to operate a credit card machine. He then proceeds to say my credit card number out loud 4/5 times telling me something is wrong with my card, there wasn’t he was putting in the wrong number.
After I ask Louis to stop saying my credit card number out loud to the entire restaurant his response is I need to get a new card anyway.
Not shocking I gave Louis a bad tip, Louis chased me and my sister out of the restaurant asking why we didn’t leave him a satisfactory tip.
Absolutely insane experience.
