I always like Einstein Bros but why does it feel like every single one has their interior completely gutted for the past 8 years kind of feels like it's going out of business half the time

The bagel was overall good, but smaller than what I expected. The service was good, and they were quick to take and complete my order. The unfortunate part was they didn't have the tables set up for me to be able to eat the bagel there. Overall, decent experience.

Stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels this morning, and let me tell you, it's a solid choice if you're craving a good breakfast in the Loop. I got the classic bagel with cream cheese and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and both hit the spot. The bagels were fresh, soft on the inside with that perfect crispy outside, and the sandwich? Super filling—definitely a winner. The vibe inside is super chill, and I was in and out in no time, even during the busy morning rush....
