This bagel shop is a gem in the middle of downtown Chicago. You can’t beat freshly baked bagels and coffee. Plus the shop is spacious and super clean, the staff is always cheerful and friendly. It reminds me of the show “Cheers”, because as soon as you walk in to place your order, they already know your name! Such a wonderful way to start your day.

I have been visiting this location for many years and this place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The food is always fresh and hot. The store is beautiful and very clean. This place is the best way to start your day.

Stopped by local bagel shop and waited 20 minutes with no bagel ...canceled my order, came here and had my two bagels in hand less than 30 seconds later.

Much friendlier service as well.
