I'm visiting from out of town and the service in this Starbucks is unlike any I've ever been to. Not only are they quick and efficient, the employees are super friendly. It's obvious it gets very busy during the morning rush, but they stay very calm, cool and collected and don't miss a step. Great team, wish we had more of this in Boston!
Came to this location because my normal location on Leselle and Monroe was out of spinich and feta wraps. I came here and must say their staff is friendly you can tell they work good as a team and my psl tasted way better than usual and everything was made on time and still hot (I do mobile). Very satisfied with this location it will be my new Starbucks I’ll take the extra walk

I came here after the Starbucks at 231 S Lasalle gave me a watery mess of the Christmas Blonde Roast. It was undrinkable, and so watered down. I was working in this building and thought I’d go down and ask if they could give me a blonde roast coffee. I showed my Starbucks app order from the other store, and the coffee I couldn’t drink.
