Don’t order from this location! The lady who answered the phone was being so difficult for no reason!!! I ordered a sandwich through GrubHub and we noticed that we wasn’t able to take off a sauce that’s added on the sandwich. So I call this location to let them know that one of the sandwiches we don’t want the sauce on because it’s for a child. It came with like a Sriracha sauce. She answered the phone and was being all “Karen-like” and saying she can’t do it and if she change it for me, she will have to change it for everybody and it is what it is — really sarcastically and not nice at all.
So clearly, this is the issue that they’re having and I don’t understand why they can’t fix it. Change it or just have good customer service and explain nicely! She was rude and lacked tact.
Then, I realized that I called the wrong location. So, I went ahead and called the other location that’s located on 30 N. LaSalle. The ladies there were so accommodating and nice and trying to help me with the issue I have with the sauce. They located my order, but were unable to change it because it was already made. That makes sense because it was done and I totally get that! I thanked them for being so nice, helpful and having good customer service and even attempting to do it.
If you’re having an amazing day and want to keep it amazing, please don’t go to this location!

Nice new bright lights and a lot of neon colors! Enjoyed samples today with my friends and will be back this weekend enjoying this beautiful weather. The staff at this location is so much friendlier than the other location I go to.
This place forgot my drinks and told me to contact grub hub. No assistance whatsoever when they forgot both my drinks.

I love love this Einstein bros! They always remember my order and greet me the minute I come in. They are friendly and always ask me about my day. Love catching up with them and seeing what is new. I was recommended the new country sausage sandwich and it was delicious! I will continue to come and I have mentioned to my coworkers and friends that they should come too. I was also given a sample of the new cinnamon muffin and that was very tasty. Will come back for more.
