I always have a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The customer service is amazing every visit starts with a warm greeting, and the hospitality is truly top-notch. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do.
I especially want to thank Mari, who always makes my sandwiches. She puts care into every order, works hard, and always brings a positive attitude. Her dedication and consistency never go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything she does.

Service was amazing on my pickup order of a bagel and an iced latte. The greeted me with a smile and prompt hand-off even on a busy day. They had a sticker to seal off the iced coffee and tucked the straw into my bag with my bagel for easy carrying to the office.
Despite the changes over the years, this is still the best bagel chain in the Midwest. I always look forward to having my breakfast here.

They always burn my bagels when I ask for them to be toasted.
I get the Nova lox every time I am in Chicago with toasted sesame bagel. The staff are extremely friendly and food is delicious!
