Sunday afternoon was perfect for a quiet drink here. It was so chill, hardly anyone around and you could actually hear yourself think. Might be a bit too quiet for some, but for me it was just right.
Their ham sandwich was amazing! A little expensive but worth it!
I ordered them Muffuletta sandwich and it was delicious. Maybe even better than Central grocery the original in New Orleans. They gave me a chocolate cookie too and it was so good. I might try a different sandwich before I leave Chicago as I’m sure they’re all equally awesome.

Holloway's Bar, located near the Springhill Suites Downtown Chicago, is a great spot for a drink. The happy hour menu offers a variety of drinks and small bites. The "Love Potion" drink is a popular choice, described as whimsical and tasty. While the salted caramel brownie may not have lived up to expectations, with it being hard to bite into and not melting the ice cream, the drinks were enough to make up for it. The service is decent and the ambiance is pleasant. The bartenders, Rob and Jacob, are particularly friendly and helpful, making it a great place for a drink and conversation. It may not be the top choice for a meal in Chicago, but it is a recommended spot for a drink and friendly service.
