Staff and food are amazing I wish they had some chairs to sit and enjoy my coffee and work remotely. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel welcome. Shout out to Michelle and Mari! You both are rockstars!
Ugh. What happened here? It's a shell of its former shelf. No seating inside. Service that borders on downright unfriendliness and bagels that are average. I was hoping the BEC would at least be tolerable. The bacon was a mix between bad prosciutto and a cheap Oscar meter slice. The whole thing was Lukewarm and...Well I should've trusted the Yelp reviews. Oh well. Just one meal. But a hard pass from me from here on out.

Love the bagels. The service is exceptional. They remember me and know my name. I've been goind there for years following them from when they were located on Pearson St near Michigan Ave to this new location. The coffee is fantastic but the service is next level.
