I frequent this Einstein weekly, usually during Breakfast and occasionally during Lunch. Always very friendly staff with a fast turn around even during a rush. Enjoy it so much I signed up for the rewards program! Personal thanks to always being able to add veggies or other items to a sandwich!
Service was amazing on my pickup order of a bagel and an iced latte. The greeted me with a smile and prompt hand-off even on a busy day. They had a sticker to seal off the iced coffee and tucked the straw into my bag with my bagel for easy carrying to the office.
Despite the changes over the years, this is still the best bagel chain in the Midwest. I always look forward to having my breakfast here.
