El Gran Gallo- tacos tortas Lemonade birria gyros wings burgers

We order trays of chicken for taco Tuesday every week for the past 8months and the service keeps getting worse. From missing items to less food to poor customer service to the food never being ready on time. I tried to speak with the staff who stated in Spanish “if you don’t like it stop coming we don’t care”. They thought I wouldn’t understand what they said. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. With the sensitivity of the world right now, it’s amazing how arrogant they are😡

If I could give zero stars, I would as soon as you go in here, it is disgusting it’s dirty everywhere the man that took our order his hands were super dirty his fingernails were black! my husband got the Dorito nachos and cheese was extra watery. I was so disgusted. I couldn’t eat my food never again. I should’ve walked out as soon as I went in there. They need to close this restaurant down and get it deeepppp clean.

Clean environment this place is a nice quiet place.

Just paid $30 for a steak fajita dinner and steak burrito side of sour cream which is only 175 never charged before and two Gatorade’s I will never be coming back you guys jacked up the prices didn’t even put Rice in my burrito I’ve been coming there ever since you guys were open an hour I will never come back then will not recommend you at all sorry
