The pastor tacos are amazing. The chicken burrito is one of the best. None of that shredded chicken nonsense from other restaurants. One of the best tells that the food is good is the rice and beans and both are amazing. The vibe inside is very lively Mexico City-esque. If you know you know. Its a hidden gem. Also byob. Cherry on top is how lovely the lady is.

This little restaurant on Kedzie has delicious food I came for a second time and am still very pleased I again ordered the chicharrones with salsa verde so delicious!!! And the rice and beans are the best around. I had to order an extra beans and rice for tonight or breakfast. Today I also picked up their takeout menu so I can get delivery if I don’t feel like driving. I believe I have found my Mexican restaurant. Also Anna who took my order was so kind and friendly too. I love love love this place!

The chicharron prensado sope had no flavor. The tripas taco was made to order specs. The american torta didn't have much meat or flavor. The green and red salsas were very good. The red has a smoky chipotle taste. The green is a mild tomatillo salsa. Both very good. Won't go back. Thank you.
