I live nearby and had been meaning to check out this place, finally got around to it after almost a year and it's a fantastic neighborhood spot! Friendly folks of all backgrounds who go out of the way to chat you up, reasonable drink prices, cute dogs, nice bartender...what more could you ask for? I'll be back soon!
Cozy, laid back, and a lot of fun. All ages hang out here. Great music playing. Staff quick with your drink. A neighborhood staple. Regulars are very sweet and fun to chat with. Excellent beers on tap—I’m always learning of a new local drink. Dog friendly. The dogs are having fun, too!

Great neighborhood hangout.always a good time.unfortuantly we celebrated twisted hippo 1 yr annv since the fire in 2021.it was a great turn out everyone came out to support Twisted Hippo just waiting for there return to albany park
