Great place to eat...really reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Just be warned in advance...no separate checks and they automatically add gratuity but to be honest the food was so good I didn't mind.

First time coming here, and im very disappointed. Servers took forever to take my order, the food took almost an hour and 15 mins, and did not taste good, no flavor, and it was dry. The server never came to pick up dirty plates on the table when more plates coming up. Never brought forks, spoons and water. Alot of things were missing. We call the server couple times and never show up until the very late at the end. Definitely not coming back. My family was not satisfied.

Both my parents are from Guatemala and it’s so hard to find a good spot. My mom raised us on Guatemalan food. We decided to try it out- I mean from what we ordered (garnachas, enchiladas, and my mom had a tamal) the only thing we actually enjoyed was the tamal. The enchiladas and garnachas are very different from the ones my mom has made and ones I’ve had in Guatemala as well. It was def not what we expected. Overall the only good thing would be the waitress older lady but super nice and very welcoming. Authentic Guatemalan food I wouldn’t really say it is for us. Glad we tried it overall

The atmosphere was very pleasant for me, the service was really excellent and attentive, the food left me speechless, the seasoning was perfect for the meat and what I liked most of all were the pupusas, everything was excellent.

Great service and friendly people
The food was very delicious, the Guatemalan seasoning was very good and recommended. We traveled from Minnesota directly to the restaurant thanks to the cook and the rest of the people who work there for an excellent job.

It's my first time in Chicago. My wife is from Guatemala and I am from Puerto Rico. We have been driving 10 hours from Alabama and there are no Guatemalan restaurants there. That's why when we got here we decided to visit this restaurant. Since we entered, my wife told me the smell is like being in Guatemala. She ordered a Guatemalan churrasco and I had a revolgado and they were truly delicious, the service 100% the place 100% super atmosphere familiar and welcoming. The waitress was attentive at all times, very humble and kind, a restaurant like this closer to my house would be perfect, my wife and I would not leave there, I already want to return to Chicago to enjoy their exquisite dishes that transported my wife. to his birthplace. Thank you for such excellent food

Excellent service, food flavor was authentic Guatemalan. I had a Carne Adobada and was a month watering flavor. Hand made tortillas. I had also empanadas, atol de elote on that I have to say I didn't like that much. But other than that I love it. Prices ok
