I was hesitant to try El Tragón, I've passed by many times and just didn't get the feel for it. Big forking mistake! The place is absolutely fantastic, the exterior does this place no justice. The birria was amazing! Tasty, not overly spiced or greasy; the tortillas hot and salsa spicy! Con una coka bien fría, que más !
