Located inside the lobby of the Lincoln hotel, this cozy spot has a small selection of breakfast sandwiches, a decent number of pastries, and a standard selection of specialty drinks.
Not a ton of seating, but the space is cozy and well decorated.
It's fine, coffee seemed expensive for it's quality. It's a hotel coffeeshop, not a coffeeshop attached to a hotel

Delicious lavender latte, coconut scone, and almond croissant. They are dog-friendly.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. The customer service was terrible—staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. On top of that, the cold brew was surprisingly weak compared to other places I’ve tried. I also ordered a chocolate croissant, and it was pretty basic, nothing special. I expected a lot more from this spot based on its reputation

Super cute place to stop for a quick breakfast. I had a steamed soy decaf americano with. Warm croissant and it was delicious. There is wifi and it’s connected to the Lincoln Hotel next door.

Came over at 12 o’clock and it was closed. Lights were on, but they said they are closed. Please update your hours, since we saw at least 3 families walking to you and turning around.
The barista she was so kind and professional

We checked this place out because it was connected to our hotel. One of my kids got a chocolate crossiant and LOVED it. She said it was so flaky and the flavor was great, but not too overpowering.
We all got coffees with plant milk. They have quite a few options for this, including soy, oat, almond and coconut. Be forewarned there is an upcharge for these though.
Overall, we all liked the coffees we had and the atmosphere. A bit on the pricier side though...
Vegetarian options: Plant based milks and a lot of vegetarian food options

Mediocre coffee and limited options. Tends to get busy when the hotel is busy. Better options in the neighborhood.

Maybe I came on the wrong day, but they were all out of almost everything on their menu. Neither impressed nor offended, just a bit disappointed. I will try again soon.

Awful “manager”. Woman with long blonde hair was giving me and my service dog dirty looks as we waited in line . I watched as she ran back and forth , angrily barking at her employees . She apologized to the man in front of me in line ; for he attitude . He said “it’s ok we all have angry days”: her attitude was THAT palpable . Then when I get to the front of the line I find out they only have skim milk , no whole or 2%. Because there was a sign up saying they didn’t take cards that day I said I’d take the FREE drip the sign offered .then she tells me the sign is wrong. So they have no normal milk , she is running around barking at people , and then she barks at ME for asking for a free coffee , I asked her what her problem was . Told her I didn’t give her attitude , and she told me she could just refuse me service at to leave. Unfortunately the fact she was giving me attitude from the moment my extremely large dog walked in , makes her refusal of service a violation of the ADA . The woman is a disgruntled angry bigot , had wet or greasy long hair and her belly literally hanging out . I am filing a complaint with the state of Illinois for disability related discrimination and will never be treated this way again.

Service has become actively unfriendly. It’s an uncomfortable and rude interaction when ordering these days. Doesn’t help that staff might be frustrated that basic ingredients like milk hasn’t been available a few weekends this month. Hopefully they can turn it around since this used to be a nice place.
