Unfortunately the coffee was very weak and the wait staff girl with curly hair was very rude and would obviously rather be anywhere else. I was treated like a bother instead of a customer. And it wasn't just me as I also overheard several guests in the lobby of the hotel discussing how blase the worker was and how it was worth the walk to a nearby coffee shop to be greeted with a smile and a decent cup of coffee! Truly pathetic!

As others have stated in multiple reviews, the young barista with curly reddish-brown hair DOES NOT CARE. I have never been greeted with less enthusiasm or served with less grace. I am not surprised the tip jar was empty. It's uncomfortable to be around such misery. Please find a new job for the sake of your own happiness as well as the guests at the Lincoln!

While staying at the Lincoln hotel, Elaine’s was an easy stop in the morning. However the service was very hit or miss. The barista working one morning was very pleasant and even offered to repour my ice tea when it didn’t look steeped enough. However, another morning was the opposite. The barista obviously did not want to be there and had not stocked things for the day (mind you I was there well after opening). I asked if they had the breakfast sandwiches, she replied she hadn’t checked the fridge downstairs (in a voice that said she couldn’t care less). That was a non-answer and that’s all I wanted so I asked if I should go elsewhere. She scoffed, walked away, and with barely any time away she returned and told me I was out of luck. I don’t believe she actually went to look. If it wasn’t for the convenience for the hotel I would never return.

Located inside the lobby of the Lincoln hotel, this cozy spot has a small selection of breakfast sandwiches, a decent number of pastries, and a standard selection of specialty drinks.
Not a ton of seating, but the space is cozy and well decorated.
It's fine, coffee seemed expensive for it's quality. It's a hotel coffeeshop, not a coffeeshop attached to a hotel

Delicious lavender latte, coconut scone, and almond croissant. They are dog-friendly.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. The customer service was terrible—staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. On top of that, the cold brew was surprisingly weak compared to other places I’ve tried. I also ordered a chocolate croissant, and it was pretty basic, nothing special. I expected a lot more from this spot based on its reputation

Super cute place to stop for a quick breakfast. I had a steamed soy decaf americano with. Warm croissant and it was delicious. There is wifi and it’s connected to the Lincoln Hotel next door.

Came over at 12 o’clock and it was closed. Lights were on, but they said they are closed. Please update your hours, since we saw at least 3 families walking to you and turning around.

We checked this place out because it was connected to our hotel. One of my kids got a chocolate crossiant and LOVED it. She said it was so flaky and the flavor was great, but not too overpowering.
We all got coffees with plant milk. They have quite a few options for this, including soy, oat, almond and coconut. Be forewarned there is an upcharge for these though.
Overall, we all liked the coffees we had and the atmosphere. A bit on the pricier side though...
Vegetarian options: Plant based milks and a lot of vegetarian food options
