In my impression, Thai tea is too sweet and hard to swallow. But this one is not like that at all. Instead, it is sweet but not greasy. I always reward myself with a cup after a meal or a walk or exercise.

I will miss it if I don't drink it for a while, especially the brown sugar milk tea, which suits my taste very well, not too sweet or too light, with a strong milk and tea flavor 😋 The pearls are moderately soft and hard and the taste is very good. My wife couldn't stop drinking it after one sip while losing weight 😂 A cup of afternoon tea is super satisfying 👍

I like their thai tea and taro milk tea. Taro is in good quality and the color is good looking. Reasonable price too. You can adjust the sugar level which is more healthy.

This milk tea is really good and has a very authentic flavor. The fruit was fresh and the milk cover was very dense. There are very many flavors for different people to choose from, highly recommended.

Horrible horrible service. Mean and rude staff took my order, I was absolutely furious for that kind of treatment, disgusting!! You can make the best tea in town and of course you are not the best, and that attitude will get you out of business.

Every time my son and I go there, we always order two cups. My favorite is brown sugar milk tea. My son likes their pearls very much. I think all kinds of milk tea are very delicious. I must go there once a week😋👍

This is my favorite milk tea in Chicago. Every time I come here, 2 cups are standard. Sometimes it’s the classic red bean milk tea, sometimes it’s the sweet fruit tea. It’s very considerate and has a lot of choices of milk caps with various ingredients. The quality is good and the taste is good.

my friend and i got the strawberry matcha latte and lychee slushie and they were SO good!! the strawberry matcha latte was a 10/10, flavor was so good and not too sweet even though i got 100% sugar! the lychee slushie also tasted wonderful and was super refreshing! we loved both drinks so much

At first the service was a bit slow, but the manager/store owner is very effective, efficient, and reasonable. He corrected the employees as required and solved the issue in a very professional manner. Additionally despite the wait the drink was definitely worth it. 5/5 and would very much recommend as a must go if you’re in China town!

There is no option to adjust sugar and ice levels on the machine. So, I added a note saying ‘no sugar and no ice,’ but they ignored it.
