A criminally underrated restaurant on the Southport corridor imo. If you’re looking for a cozy date night option with good food and a great wine selection, this is your spot. The service was so attentive. The bartender, Bear, was super knowledgeable about the entire menu and recommended some really great dishes. Highly recommend everyone try the artichokes and the rigatoni.

Ella Elli was fantastic. The drinks were delicious as was the food. The only reason I have to dock a star is because we felt like the portions were a bit on the small side to be shared with a table of 4. If you are going here with a date and it’s just the two of you then portion sizes are perfect. If there are more people in the party I would definitely consider ordering two of any dish that all are wanting to try. The food was absolutely spectacular though. Every dish from the bread and butter to the octopus was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We had the Brussels sprouts, squash, octopus, focaccia, sea bass, gnocchi, and cream puffs. Highly recommend giving Ella Elli a try. I doubt you’ll leave disappointed.

I really cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience at Ella Elli was. We needed a last minute location to host our annual Holiday Brunch for our staff, and they were incredibly organized and helpful when it came to the logistics beforehand. The event itself exceeded every single one of our expectations. The space is stunning and cozy, and as soon as I arrived I was greeted with such warmth. They walked me through every step of the event and let me know who I could check in with if I needed anything. In terms of the food, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented - I received so many compliments from the team on the spread! We have several team members with dietary restrictions, and the kitchen went out of their way to augment some of the recipes to accommodate, even making separate versions of some dishes so they were safe for everyone. All of this without me having to ask, I was truly blown away. Lastly, the service we received from the staff was probably the best I've ever experienced. Leo, Luke, Margaret, Stefany, and Kristina were unbelievably attentive, kind, and genuinely added to the experience for our team. If you are looking for a spot to host your event and, as the organizer, want to be able to actually enjoy it, look no further. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ella Elli - we will be back!
