Old school dive bar. Nothing g fancy or trendy about it. Doesn't fit well in the neighborhood but a fine place if you just want a place for a quick drink to catch up with a friend. Could have looked the same in the 80's. Pull up a seat around the huge square bar in the middle of the place or play a game of pool in the back.
In a sea full of Southport establishments, Lange's is the ultimate dive. Sometimes you don't get what you want - you get what you need. Medium good service and medium cold beer, but always a good time.

Standard dive bar in Chicago. Came in for a few beers and was anything that you could expect out of a typical bar. It was a little small and hard to walk around but they did have a pool table and the music was good. Service was pretty good as well. If I lived in the area, I could consider this like a local corner bar that I would hang out at.
