Definitely bad food, which according to the flank steak is not flank steak, the meat is very hard and cold, I think I won't return.

Their aguas Frescas are delicious. The tacos are also delicious, as are their tortas. I don't like tripitas but according to my husband they were delicious and crunchy.

We went to eat 2 weeks ago at Esparza Tacos and ordered a carne asada. The meat was so hard and dry that it was impossible for me to eat it. That meat is not flank steak, they give Flecha the meat that is used for desebrado. We told the owner that the meat was very hard and dry and that it was also Flecha, not arrachera, to which he just said, annoyed, ok ok, that's for next time. What a bad answer as a business owner. The waitress never came back to ask how everything was. Very bad service we will never return there again

This place is awesome and I’m glad I’m only a couple minutes away. Took my parents here for breakfast, they are hard to please and they wound up loving everything. Their tacos were all delicious in particular the tripitas tacos.
