What a terrible experience. The doorman tried to extort someone in my group to pay $20 to enter the establishment, which should’ve been the only red flag to not enter.
Then we order drinks. The bartender told the first person who ordered, “you better order and pay for your friends too because I’m only ringing one check. What the heck. He did apologize and comped us two of the drinks, but still strike #2.
Then some drunk guy was groping people in our group. He got kicked out. This was in the midst of the order.
Drinks were over priced. $6 for a 9oz Pacifica is crazy. $15 for a tiny slushie is also wild. The salted mango slushie was nice, though.
Then they started very aggressively telling everyone to leave well before 2PM. I get it, you don’t want people lingering— but to start that process at 1:20 to close up at 1:40 is crazy. There were Chicago Police vehicles at every bear by intersection at this time, too. There’s like no other late night venues in the immediate vicinity… real bad energy.
The decor is really cool and vibey but doesnt make up for any of the bad energy.
Bad vibes and nuisance bar energy. Don’t waste your time.

Chill and colorful mezcal + tequila bar with fun disco energy 🪩 The bartender was super kind, gave a generous pour, and offered great recs! Love that the windows open during the day for a breezy vibe, then close up for a more intimate nighttime feel. Music was mostly good playing salsa/latin beat, and would have been enhanced if it was an actual dj playing music! But overall the vibe was cute and fun. A definite perk was that the prices were a good price point AND there was no cover even later in the night ◡̈ try it out if you haven’t been!

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Visited this bar on Sunday at noon (June 1st) with my girlfriend. From the outside, the place looked super cute — exactly the kind of spot we love to discover, especially for creative cocktails. As a bartender myself, I really appreciate when drinks are made with care and presentation, but unfortunately, this experience fell flat.
I ordered a Paloma, and it was incredibly disappointing. The drink wasn’t even filled to the top and tasted terrible — completely unbalanced and hard to drink. My girlfriend ordered a coffee cocktail that was so loaded with ice she could barely sip it through the straw.
I noticed another review mentioning a similar issue with the iced coffee drinks being mostly ice, which makes me think this might be a pattern — possibly related to how this particular bartender prepares them. I watched her make our drinks, and honestly, it didn’t look like much effort or attention went into them at all.
Cute place, but not worth the money for the quality we received. I’d recommend checking out other spots where the drinks live up to the atmosphere.

I love estéreo in general but apparently only the logan square one is good? They legit only filled my coffee drink (that I’ve been getting for 6+ years) barely 3/4 of the way so I’m really confused lol gonna go back to logan square

This place is poppinnnnn! Bartenders are super nice always smiling at you we got the Frozen #1 & Frozen #2 and they were delicious! The Spanish music was my favorite part! This place is a 5/5 I didn't have any food so I can't comment on that but I'm suits good!
