Hit up Falafel & Grill on N Milwaukee around 1pm for lunch. Spent about $20—got a gyro plate, plus a 6pc falafel order, waffle fries and bottled water. Gyro had solid flavor and moist meat, the sauces were fresh. But falafel leaned greasy and the fries cooled fast. Crew wasn’t cheery, though the counter was clean. Decent grab if you’re nearby, but not quite slaps. 2★

I’ll never be back. This is the third time I walk in to get food and walk out with cold food. Today I asked for two spinach pies and both were cold in the middle. Warm on the edges. Not hot. They’re also lacking flavor/salt.
I used to like going to this place, but over the past couple years. It’s been less and less.
Your cooks could also stand to stare a bit less when women/femmes or curvy people walk in

Great Mediterranean food!! The chicken shawarma wrap was delicious. They also have a cute patio in the wicker park location
The food is great. The portions are very generous.

Amazing spot. So delicious, fresh, and flavorful! Nice staff. They actually have the best fries! Def get the steak if you eat steak. And mint lemonade and baklava.

The fries were extremely oily and not enjoyable—I wouldn’t recommend them. The sandwiches were just okay. Overall, I don’t think I’d return. However, the staff was very friendly, which I appreciated.

I used to live in the neighbourhood and this was one of the main squeezes in my life for over seven years. Often a place will no longer be the same, and I had not been back in a couple of years. That is not the case with Falafel & Grill! They remain just as solid. The garlic sauce is as addictive as ever, and their chicken kebabs are still the stuff of dreams. Makes my heart so happy.

This is one of my favorite Mediterranean places in the city. Their chicken shawarma is succulent and flavorful. While I appreciate that their shawarma wrap is absolutely loaded with meat, sometimes I prefer one with a little bit less meat and some other stuff in it. You know like hummus, vegetables, lettuce, onions, etc. But today we got the chicken shawarma platter and it was fantastic. Even the simple yellow rice that was below the chicken shawarma was absolutely delicious. The baba ganoush is wonderful and I don't even know what they do with their hummus because I've never really tasted almost like this. Obviously creamy but just the right balance of flavors. Garlic lemon tahini just absolutely you cannot stop eating this stuff. Don't even bother buying the little one. You need to get a big one. Super friendly service and I like having the open kitchen where I see what they're doing.

I usually go to Sultan's Market but came here because it was late and they ran out of meat. Glad I did. It was an amazing experience. I've been back twice since and have had their chicken, shawarma, lentil, soup, salad and gyros. Very good service. Nice atmosphere and the Middle Eastern music gives it a nice touch. I will definitely be returning and would recommend anyone to do the same.

Super friendly staff, quick service and the food is incredibly FRESH! The Falafels were the best I’ve ever tasted: super crispy not oily and great texture! Their meats and salads really hit the spot and we had to take it home because the portions are so generous!
Loved the added sumac and flavor garnish on the hummus!

First time coming and as someone who loves Mediterranean I had to check them out. I had the Combination meat which came with 4 different kinds of meat, rice & salad. I also had the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich & Falafel Sandwich. To drink they have refreshing drinks like Lemon Mint & Mango which were phenomenal! Everything was amazing and packed with flavor! Did not disappoint!
