Been here a few times in person, and the food is always great. Interior is cozy, staff is very nice. However - they seem to be afflicted by some sort of strange barbecue sauce based curse. Every single time I order takeout for lunch, no matter what sauces I request, I get barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce is great! It goes with a lot of things on the menu. But it has been the substitute for ketchup, honey mustard, ranch, vinaigrette, you name it. This isn’t really a complaint, just kind of a weird coincidence. Check your sauces before you leave!

Older building but updated interior. Food and shows are always fantastic ? WAIT staff has always been very pleasant. Shops are great places to find gifts for any occasion or yourself.

Fantasy food and great service from Naomi C. We started with the deep fried ribs, entrees were pork chops and fried chicken which is new on the menu. Both were excellent and the service was spot on. Thank you Naomi C and Fireside for a delicious early dinner. We will definitely be back soon!

We had about a dozen people coming from a funeral at Rosehill cemetery. Spoke with the hostess to see if she could accommodate us, they certainly did and made us feel very welcome.

A couple of years since I ate here. Great service but the orders came with small portions like the fried calamari. We loved the barbecue ribs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had the chicken and waffles and they changed the recipe to bone-in chicken. I had the tiniest chicken leg and the amount of chicken was equal to next to nothing. They changed their recipe and it’s terrible. Do not recommend at all. I had a taste but couldn’t eat it at all and was still charged full price. Terrible service. Had the server checked on us earlier and not when it was time for the bill, I could have ordered something else but left STARVING! Don’t want to come back ever again, so disappointed!

If I could give zero stars I would. They changed their recipe for the chicken and waffles and I left hungry and disappointed. Was charged full price for the entire meal even though I didn't eat anything more than a tiny piece of waffle. I hate bone in chicken. They always served it with tenders. I let the server know how disappointed I was and she still charged us full price. Had the server checked on us sooner instead of when we needed to pay, I would have ordered something else. I'm heading to new place from now on. So angry.

The cod tacos are awesome!!Kid-friendliness: It is not the greatest place to bring a young child to... this is more of a pub style atmosphere.

Great food and service. A friend and me were lookin for a late night meal. This place came up that it was still open on a Monday night at 12 30 am. I own my owne lounge in Wis and have to say from my professional opinion that this place has to be one of chicgos hidden gems. I will be back for sure on my next business trip. I recommend the onion rings they are awsome.

Vibes were good. Came in during weekday lunch. Asked a recommendation for a non alcoholic mojito, ended up getting a nice refreshing basil drink! Phenomenal bartender/waiter!

Hidden gem in the Andersonville neighborhood. The atmosphere is warm and cozy with a charming fireplace in the main dining area. The staff are friendly, the menu offers lots of options, and the drinks are good. The bar area offers a fun place to sit and watch sports on the weekends. Some of the food options I have enjoyed are the tots, pretzels, mac and cheese, pasta, salad and the steak. I would recommend all of them. Maybe not all at once but this is a place to keep coming back to for it's laid back atmosphere.
