Ora is a fantastic sushi restaurant with FRESH fish and excellent service. Definitely a go to for date night.
As a Chicago native in pursuit of the city's finest sushi, Ora has solidified its place among my top three sushi destinations. What distinguishes Ora is its ability to deliver robust flavors without unnecessary complexity. In my view, Ora is far and away the best sushi spot in Chicago, and among the best restaurants period. The quality of the fish and the attention to detail in preparation are outstanding. On top of that, they've got great service, reasonable prices, and it's BYOB. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

ORA sushi is a favorite sushi spot in Chicago, with food that is beyond exceptional, very fresh, and very delicious. The oysters motoyaki are one of the best bites in the neighborhood, and the crispy rice w tuna appetizers are also popular. The nigiri is perfect and pristine, and the house smoked mackerel is not to be missed. Maki are very innovative with rotating selections, including surf and turf and dynamite rolls. Service is friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the space is clean and modern. It is a BYOB place with extremely reasonable prices for the quality. Great for date night, friends, and family.
