Ordered online last night, missing my bottle of coke and bacon on one of the burgers.

Currently eating Potbellys down the street because nobody was working the cash register for at least 10 minutes and there was a long line. Hopefully those people left too so that the employees understand that customers won't wait all day for high priced food. Get it together 5 Guys.

This place is reliable if you need something quick. The food is always the same—decent, but it’s not going to surprise you. Good if you want something simple and fast.

Mumbling service workers that can't listen to simple requests when making an order.

I couldn’t expect less five guys employees smoking marijuana behind Presidential Towers, and then handling your food. I would definitely not recommend this place. Disgusting.

Great burger but too expensive and no tray. For dine in you should at least get a tray.

Food is pretty good but $25 for a burger, fries, and soda is asinine for fast casual. Seems they raise their prices to offset continuing lowering demand. Better local spots for a fraction of the cost in Chicago.

Food: Five Guys is my go-to place for fries, especially with the Cajun seasoning—they're always hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. However, as a vegetarian, I find the options extremely limited. The veggie sandwich is the only choice, and it felt bland and uninspired. I wish they offered more creative or fresh vegetarian options.
Service: The service is usually quick and efficient, but during peak hours, it can slow down.
Ambience: The ambience is simple and functional, with red-and-white checkered decor. The seating can feel cramped when it’s busy. It’s a great spot for a quick bite, but don’t expect a cozy or upscale dining experience.
Overall: If you’re a fan of fries, Five Guys is worth a visit. However, vegetarians or those looking for a more diverse menu might be disappointed. It’s ideal for a quick, casual meal but not for a relaxed dining experience.

For 300 Mexican pesos (12.99 USD) you eat at this place. Unlike other fast food restaurants, the kitchen is visible to everyone. When you order you must select the condiments (catsup, mustard, onions, etc.).
The food is pretty decent for the price you pay.
