Currently eating Potbellys down the street because nobody was working the cash register for at least 10 minutes and there was a long line. Hopefully those people left too so that the employees understand that customers won't wait all day for high priced food. Get it together 5 Guys.

Food is pretty good but $25 for a burger, fries, and soda is asinine for fast casual. Seems they raise their prices to offset continuing lowering demand. Better local spots for a fraction of the cost in Chicago.
