I went here August the 9th to grab a quick drink and found there were no employees to talk to for at least 5 minutes, after what seemed to be around 10 minutes from when I first came into the restaurant only then did the employees come out to assist customers like myself. After I ordered my drink the employee did not give me my cup until after I asked him 2 minutes later, I went to get my drink and left, as I was eating my meal i realized the sprite tasted weird as if the machine was dirty but didn’t mind it too much until hours later my throat started to hurt and my body began to ache, my symptoms of food poisoning have only worsened since I’ve gotten home

Food is as good as ever but this location is slow as can be because its a hotspot for online orders. Food took so long I missed my bus and almost missed the next bus after it despite an empty store. Half a dozen online orders were finished before my order was even started.

Aside from when they were directly interacting with me, the employees were pretty unprofessional and had inappropriate music blasting from the grill. They got my order wrong (wrong topping), and I had to remind them about my shake. There seems to be a gnat infestation near the condiment / beverage station.Obviously, these are all minor issues, and it's Christmas Eve, so this may be a one-off... But still, not a great experience.
