The food is extremely overpriced for no reason. My daughter's hotdog was burnt and we had to return it and ask for a cheeseburger instead. Then the manager tried to charge us an extra $6 for the cheeseburger when I already paid $8 for a freakin' burnt hotdog. But they were cool about in the end and made us a cheeseburger and did not charge us extra. Overall, the service turned out to be great but the burgers were nothing spectacular to be so expensive. I would take shake shack over five guys any day.

The food was average, so good but not so bad, but the service was deplorable, the manager or supervisor was quite good, but the other girls who were there, one of them even yelled at me for not responding at the speed that she wanted regarding my order.
Before ordering had a simple question was given an attitude. The top bun was old and stale so I politely asked for a new one, and the guy says what’s wrong with it so I told him again, and he gives me a dirty look and an attitude once again noticed the cook was not wearing gloves. The tables were dirty, and the food is below average. And also a lot of money $12 for one hamburger no fries or drink.

Ordered a burger, fries and a milkshake for delivery. The burger and fries were tasty and were in a bag with a melted sticker to close the opening. But the milkshake was just loose, like in the open in the delivery driver's hand with no safety tape over the lid or anything, and not even in a separate bag, to try to prevent any sort of tampering. How easy could you make it for the driver to do something nefarious to my milkshake? With some of these delivery people deliberately messing with customers' food just because they didn't get a tip, what could've happened if I had not tipped?

Couldn't find my order in the system and wouldn't make it.

The staff inadvertently allowed someone else to take my completed order and when I went back for it, it was gone. But the manager knew who took it (they were still there) and told him that he knew the order wasn't his, why would he do that? She did another order for me (because the guy was going to give it back-of course I didn't want it anymore) and she said she was not going to make me take it. She made another complete order with extra meat and a drink.
