Came here on a Saturday night for an online order. I only saw 2 people behind the counter and let me tell you, they were getting it done. Taking orders and prepping them too. I got my order fast and easy.

Food is delicious as always the cashier that took our order had no life and her. She literally looked like a zombie. Smiles and greeting customers is always a good thing. We did not get that. Maybe she was upset because she was the only one behind the counter, which I really don’t blame her.,

Unfortunately, the quality of Five guys Burgers has really fell off a cliff within the past few years. They used to serve deliciously juicy burgers with fresh toppings, but what they serve now is only marginally better than what you'd get at fast food. The bread/buns were a bit stale, and the meat was dry and flavorless, while the miscellaneous toppings were not that fresh and barely better than say a McDonald's.
