Fixin' Franks, located right across from Portillos, offers Chicago-style hotdogs, Polish sausage, tamales, and elotes at budget-friendly prices. It is a solid hot dog go-to inside the Home Depot, a fantastic location with fantastic food. You can smell the buns steaming as you wait to place your order. The hot dog is great and hits on all the cylinders that a proper dog needs to hit on. Don't miss out on The Polish. The guys behind the counter were very friendly. The elotes, however, tasted out of the can and did not have a good enough butter/mayo/cheese to corn ratio.
