Slow service, after we left my daughter told me "we are not eating that". Apparently the person making the food picked something up off the floor with the gloves she made our sandwich with, brought the egg to her nose to sniff it after cutting it and put it on the sandwich and sed a dirty towel to wipe the knife they cut the wrap with. The register person kept me busy talking about his political views. Just a nightmare.

Before my order even came out a roach jumped out of the sugar container. Its an automatic 1 star. What is surprising was that the place looks nice.Vegetarian options: plenty of vegan options. but the place has bugs.

Ate here a couple times last week. The Tex-Mex Burrito was awesome. Their coffee is faster and better than the "other" place in the hotel. The folks who run the store are more than friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

The older man working the counter was so rude we didn’t even order. He said none of their smoothies are gluten free. Since the ingredients listed on the board looked GF I inquired politely what ingredient has gluten. He stared aggressively at me and said it was the end of the day, he was tired and he wasn’t going to discuss it

We were never allowed to order because the older man working at the counter was so rude. I wanted to order a smoothie and asked if it was Gluten free, all the ingredients listed on the board were gluten free but he said none of their smoothies are gluten free. I politely asked which ingredient contains gluten. He said he was tired, it was the end of his day, and he didn't want to talk to me. Extremely POOR customer service.

The food was not very good. It wasn't horrible but the bowls didn't seem to have the right mix of flavors. Neither my friend or I even finished our meals despite the fact that we were really hungry. The service was horrible. Although the younger female at the counter was very nice, an older male working in the kitchen area was not nice and fairly rude.
This was one of my favorite lunch spots 3 years ago for their awesome soups. The food, especially the soup is not fresh. I don't believe this is the same restaurant. The portion were cut in half. This was an extreme disappointment.

So I decided that a Freshii bowl would be great for dinner. I tried to place my order online but had some technical difficulties with the site. I printed out what I wanted and took the printout to the Freshii. The person who took my order could barely speak understandable english and didn't seem to know how to operate the register. He told me the total of what I ordered but it was higher than what I saw on the site. He stated that online prices were different than what the prices are in-store. I suggested to him that I will just step to the side and place my order online so that I could get my food at the price I saw but was told that the location would NOT honor online pricing.
