We visited on President's Day, and it was a very cool experience. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and fresh, we had the veggie gyoza and the Yasai bowl, and it was incredible. The vibe was also great, they were playing bossanova covers of popular songs. Highly recommend??
It's more of a build your own bowl. But I ordered the Ramen Beef Noodles. You have to ask the man/ chef for it. Takes about 20 minutes. Decent size $20+ bucks with tax but so worth it. There are other locations, but I only been to the one attached to the Palmer House Hilton.
