“I ordered from here on Uber Eats and the driver gave me the wrong order. Uber was giving me issues and I was having trouble getting a refund. The manager actually called uber for me and was able to get me a refund from uber. He called me back to inform me and I was very grateful! I did end up eating the poke bowl that was delivered to me and it was delicious“

Very reasonable prices as well. The most astonishing fact about this restaurant was the host (Quam) his amazing knowledge of food and customer service was unlike any other. The Ice cream desert was mind blowing. You don't have to take my word for it, but I guarantee you, you won't find another Sushi restaurant in the city of Chicago as good this one. “Adjusting my review to note that if you don’t order ahead on a work day, expect to wait 30 minutes for your order. Super frustrating when you only have an hour for lunch.

I always order ahead for lunch and my order is always accurate, on time, and staff is always friendly. It's fun to pick it up in the food court area with all the hustle and bustle after sitting at my desk all morning.“

“Absolutely delicious! Authentic, traditional flavors. There were 3 of us and we paid less than $40 total. A must-try spot in Chinatown! The food is so good, and while the place is small and more of a quick eat-and-go kind of spot, I'd come back a thousand times over. Highly recommend!“

She recommended the Bang Bang fried shrimp bowl, which was so delicious and had all my favorite foods avocado, pickled cucumber carrots two different sauces on top Bang Bang and Schwein's sauce.

“Great food for a great value! Everything was very fresh. It was all yummy. It’s super cute inside and seemed clean. We both had poke bowls. My Americano was great too! It is super easy to order at the kiosk, especially for the first time when you don’t know what you want. It was pretty quick and we will for sure return!“

Parking: There is a loading zone in front for pick up orders plus a Walgreens across the street, otherwise it’s the regular paid chicago street parking. Order online and pick it up!!!“

“Ran in for a quick lunch during a busy workday and the line moved super fast. Built a custom bowl with ahi tuna, spicy mayo, avocado, and tempura flakes over jasmine rice. Fish tasted crazy fresh and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions. Counter crew was super friendly despite the rush, and I grabbed a stool by the window to eat.“
