Awesome friendly local bar. TouchTunes so music is pretty nice. Pool table, Darts, and awesome welcoming owners/bartenders. Fantastic experience. Why did I never stop in before? (Lived in the neighborhood for 16 years)

Just your below average dive bar. Nothing special. they are literally all the same (hence why I don't go to them often). I was catching up with a good friend of mine that night and we sat at the bar.
We immediately noticed a rank smell that was coming from behind the bar. I would say mildewy. There were little fruit flies on some of the liquor bottles and there was one in my Titos shot!!!! Bartenders were nice but they seemed done with the bullshit there. I can tell because I've been at that exact moment working at these kinds of joints. reeks of MISERY
I'm not sure if it was the manager, her named started with a K I think?? but she looked frantic and kept running around all over the place huffing and puffing to her staff. Not very friendly, only talks to regulars and yells at the bartenders. She rips drinks out of the bartenders hands. That aint the only thing she is ripping. I see her ripping shots and drinking ON THE JOB IN FRONT OF PEOPLE!! On top of that she then goes and serves guests drunk out of her mind.
Let this be known, IT IS NOT about only taking care of the regulars and ignoring other guests (not customers-- that's for retail babes). That's the vibe I caught. It's just a bar full of regulars who demand you give the attention 24/7 every second of the day and an owner/ manager or whatever who gets sloppy on the job. I would rather go through another divorce than have to suffer for a single drink at this place.

Fritzy's is a classic Chicago neighborhood bar. Great bartenders, jukebox, pool table and small stage for live music. Bonus - some of the cleanest bathrooms of any bar I've been in. Highly recomended!

Nice lil bar on Clark St. The bartender was awesome. Pool table was busy all night.
Perfect bar. Good selection, good prices, good atmosphere, free pool. They are connected to Alexander's (diner next door), if you're there for lunch you can order directly from the bartender and they will set you up with cutlery and everything. Just remember to tip your bartender who's acting as your server, not Alexander's (separate check for them).

I love going to Fritzy's Tavern if they accept credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. I can't wait to go this good bar again. My favorite bar is better than The Anvil. If you're not satisfied with the gay bar The Anvil that only accept cash, DON'T GO THERE on Granville Ave.
