i will return every single time i’m in chicago! from front of house’s wonderfully warm reception, to the waitress explaining carefully every dish to me, to then the chef personally bringing over my food and explaining to me the best pairing with sauces - what an incredible experience! food was very tasty and felt like an elevated experience whilst retaining the flavours and warmth of a more causal restaurant.

I’ve been coming here for years and the staff is nothing short of perfect. Velen- the manager has always been more than hospitable recognizing my birthday and taking extra care of my family when my brother passed away. This place has become not just the place you take out of town friends to but a place I look forward to coming to every week (especially during Covid). Thanks Rick for the best experience I could ask for.

The food was great, but the music was so loud and fast tempo; it made me feel anxious and I didn't enjoy my food as much. I carry earplugs with me for when I go to hockey games but even the earplugs didn't help enough. I will not go back because of the music.

Amazing hot chocolate! One of the best I've ever had. Everything else was good and tasty, but the flavors didn't stand out.
Ceviche was very standard. The grilled steak was good but still a bit chewy. The cuatro cake was too sweet.

First off, gave this place a shot during restaurant week. I had heard good things so we decided to give it a shot. We had drinks, the wine was decent, I was very let down by my Michelada. This place gets consistently praised for authentic yet my drink was pure lackluster. Food was ok, had the skate, it tasted like sardines(which it's not supposed too.) They had the eggplant which was ok. Food was staged pretty well from appetizer to entree but then entree to dessert was horrendous. We finished our entree and waited almost an hour after finishing our entree for the dessert. Getting the check taken care of took another 20+ min. Place wasn't even that busy. So, I'll personally never be going back or trying any of their other restaurants.
The atmosphere was bland, some of the paintings were somewhat creepy for lack of a better word.

Ohhhh myyyy gosh. The atmosphere, the food, it's UNREAL. The broccoli appetizer was to die for, the mushroom quesadilla was soooo good for a vegetarian option. The skinny margarita was delicious. The waiter even wiped our table between our appetizer and our meal. The above and beyond did not go unnoticed. 12/10 highly recommend
