From start to finish this experience exceeded my expectations. The first bites were exceptional. An oyster ceviche mash up amuse course with empanada, corn crisp and tortilla soup was one of the most memorable pairings, and wasn't even included in the dining course. The first course was a red snapper and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced and the textures of crispy yuca broke up the texture.
