Coolest Holiday Decor ever. Super pricey but well worth it.

Interesting setup and a different unique Holiday experience! Bring your loved ones, enjoy the Xmas drinks they have and feel like a child again.

Had a wonderful time here, I would highly recommend!

No food options that I noticed- bummer...atmosphere lack luster for what we paid. The drinks were very very watered down...only person made it a great night. He was very helpful and energetic with visitors...laughing cracking jokes and checking everyone was either having a good time or a drink.

Overpriced and way overhyped. I wouldn’t mind a $35 entrance and $19 drink if it was actually worth it. Instead it’s a dirty looking bar (drinks spilled on floor which weren’t cleaned). Drinks themselves were premade liquor served in tiny plastic cups. I’ve seen children’s lemonade stands with better quality cups.

Made a google reservation and showed up early but was turned away for not having tickets. Greeter was extremely rude and did not offer any help or explanation of why we needed tickets and didn’t get the option to buy one through google.

Google says they close at 12am. I arrived at 10pm. They said that they were closed. They said I should have looked at their website not google. They sent a lot of people away but said they would accept reservations only if we paid online. I asked how much time would we have to dine in if we paid online . They said only 30 minutes. I showed them my reservation. They said it was not valid because it was through open table and not them. That is so unprofessional. They should not utilize open table if they will not accept open table reservations. I would not advise anyone to come here. Very unprofessional. People wasted money on Ubers and were sent away.

I showed up at 10. And they told me they were closed even though the Google site says they're open until midnight. About ten people behind me had the same problem. I showed up in my best holiday sweater!

They gave me a bunch of attitude about being confused about when they close.

Drinks were watered down and pricey, but I had a great deal of fun, and it's such a cute setup!

My fiancee and I along with two other couples were excited to experience Frosty's Christmas Bar on Friday. However, it was the worst experience ever and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go. My fiancee was blatantly insulted with a racial slur after he attempted to order two drinks at one of their bars. He asked the waitress, Mariah for clarification on the cost because it was a smaller size from the bar we were just at on the first floor. He wanted clarification which provoked her to disrespect him at the bar by saying, '"yo broke black ass." My fiancee was disturbed by her response that he replied "what did you say?'' She then said, "I am calling security to have you kicked out." He said, "No you are not kicking me out." Once security came to hear what occurred. They allowed him to share what transpired. They called the manager, Maria to provide a more equitable resolve for us as disrespected customers. We decided as a group that it was not safe to remain in the bar after we saw that she was making hand gestures to the staff that she in fact said those words about him. While our evening was greatly disrupted by this racial insult, we asked the manager to refund us for all of the charges we made throughout the bar. This is not the kind of establishment we would ever go back. Her behavior was a clear indication of how this business is run having no respect for customers of color.

Parking: There was street parking but it isvery dark in the area.

Don't waste your money getting drinks here. They literally changed you $15 for drinks that are in small plastic cups that's almost the same size of you hand. And the bartender just touch the fruit with her hands like what in the world. You literally have 3 sips and you'll done. Also could have had better props and needs to put a cap on capacity. The decor was cool tho!

Frosty's is a beautiful sight to see and a blast! The serving staff is AMAZING. From Shawn at the door to Pricilla and Abby at the bar, everyone was so sweet and accommodating. I really had a great time!

This place is tiny with the amount of people in there. It’s insanely packed. The drinks are alright nothing special. For the price it’s not worth it unless you are going for the vibes. The website makes it seem like it’s huge but it’s really not

Horrible. We paid $200 for 4 of us to get in and left after 10 minutes. So crowded we couldn’t get a drink. There were fights outside. Do not recommend 0/10
