This is my go to if you are down for a wholesome chicken sandwich. TIP: order the messy fries if you can, 100%worth it. The staff was friendly and nice. After my meal I spoke to one of the waitresses and told her there should be a level in between medium and hot; she was super friendly and supportive of feedback. If you haven't come to this location COME.

PS: If you visited other Fry the Coop locations and you didn't like your experience. TRY THIS ONE, before calling it a quits. I've been to other 2 ones and they do not match this one, not even close.

This is an excellent Nashville hot chicken sandwich. The spice levels were accurate, the sauce was good, and the bun was high quality. I also thought the price wasn’t too bad. All in all a great entry in Chicago’s best Nashville hot chicken sandwich.

This place has the best happy hour deal in the entire city I swear ? half off everything before 5. The messy fries are actually insane, I order them every time. They have the kindest and most down to earth staff as well :)

They did not have donuts for the donuts chicken sandwich...which means the donuts are not made fresh. Very good mild chicken sandwich. The hot chicken sandwich was not edible...sauce tasted old and really hot. They have a nice bar with happy hour specials.

10/10 ordered online it was ready in less than 15 minutes food was amazing they forgot my fries but they made it right went above and beyond. First time ordering here but will be my to go from now on. Insanity is true to it's name

This is the best chicken sandwich in Chicago. 10/10 taste and they are always consistent. Mild Nashville sandwich no changes with ranch on the side. Bliss. I am an avid chicken sandwich fan. This is the spot.

Already tried a couple locations and this was my first and last time at this location. This was the worst chicken sandwich and fries I had in a long time. Fries were cold, soggy and some of them were like a rock. Burger bun was cold, cheese was cold, and the chicken was cold as well. You could see the workers had everything premade and they only put the chicken to warm it up for couples seconds before giving it to you. Like buddy, mind as well go to chick fil a instead of spending $30 or more per person
