Fry the Coop (West Town)

I really wanted to like this place and gave it two chances, but unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. The first time, our sandwiches came out cold even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, which made me wonder if the chicken had been pre-cooked. We decided to give it another shot and returned last night when it was a bit busier. I even asked our server to please make sure the food was hot, but once again, it came out cold. For the price, I expected better quality and care. Honestly, I’d rather go to McDonald’s next time. Really disappointed.

I love this place the chicken sandwich has great flavor love their pickles. We have only ever been to the oak lawn location and have loved every experience there however we recently tried the west town location and wish I could say the same I was so disappointed my order was wrong and cold food sent it back and still got the wrong order.

I met a buddy and some friends after work for a few drinks and a quick bite. Fun atmosphere and great chicken! My happiness was topped with chicken vs unicorn and Malört!!

We truly love this place. I would say we split our time equally between dining in and takeout. Time permitting, we do prefer to to eat inside though because it is so darn cute. It has that southern charm of both booths and barstools.

This is my go to if you are down for a wholesome chicken sandwich. TIP: order the messy fries if you can, 100%worth it. The staff was friendly and nice. After my meal I spoke to one of the waitresses and told her there should be a level in between medium and hot; she was super friendly and supportive of feedback. If you haven't come to this location COME.

PS: If you visited other Fry the Coop locations and you didn't like your experience. TRY THIS ONE, before calling it a quits. I've been to other 2 ones and they do not match this one, not even close.
